Compensation:

  • Competitive base hourly rates up to $51.15 p/h base + generous Salary Packaging
  • $5000 relocation assistance or retention bonus (conditions apply)

Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse with Uniting, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading clinical services and developing individualised care plans.
  • Collaborating with medical professionals, allied health teams, and families to advocate for residents’ quality of life.
  • Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers to ensure high standards of care.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek individuals who are:

  • Experienced in aged or community care, or transitioning from a broader healthcare background.
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to contemporary aged-care nursing practice.
  • Holders of a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
