Join Uniting as our Rent Review and Income Management Officer – Housing, where you’ll support our mission of providing safe, affordable housing by ensuring accurate rent reviews, income management, and exceptional customer service.
In this vital position, you will play a key role in ensuring that Uniting’s residents are supported through the rent review process, working with them to maintain tenancy stability. You will monitor rental income, manage arrears, and contribute to ongoing process improvements, helping to deliver the highest standards of service to our residents and stakeholders.
