Are you a seasoned professional in the field of Cyber Security? Do you have experience building and running cyber security service management practices?  Uniting NSW. ACT is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Cybersecurity program as a Security Services Catalogue Manager.

Role Overview:

We're actively seeking a highly skilled Security Services Catalogue Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be tasked with designing, constructing, and maintaining a comprehensive catalogue of cyber security services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and refining our service portfolio to meet evolving needs and industry standards.

Drawing upon your proficiency in ServiceNow, you'll bolster our current capabilities and enhance our operational maturity by improving the services surrounding our deployed security capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Security Service Catalogue Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of cyber security services.
  • Define service descriptions, features, benefits, and SLAs.
  • Regularly update the catalogue to reflect new services and modifications.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their cyber security service needs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for cyber security service enquiries and requests.

Service Level Management

  • Establish and monitor SLAs for cyber security services.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and address any deviations or performance issues.

Service Portfolio Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the organisation's cyber security service portfolio.
  • Propose new service offerings or improvements supported by business cases and analyses.

Documentation and Communication

  • Develop clear documentation for cyber security services and ensure effective communication of updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on accessing and utilising cyber security services.

Risk and Compliance Management

  • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing, building and running cyber security service management practices in enterprise environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding and prior experience using ServiceNow to build and run services.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritisation and task management.
  • MS 365 Defender security suite. 
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with Cyber security standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.

Even better:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL would be advantageous.
  • Experience integrating services across B2B 3rd parties such as SOC/SIEM providers and Cloud vendors.
  • Experience developing services in line with orchestration and automation.
