What you’ll be doing in this role
Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity and is based at our Hunter office. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries
- Scheduling of clients and Support Workers
- Ensuring rostering practice is compliant
- Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
- Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.
- Exceptional team player
- Strong negotiating skills
- Great Phone Manner
- Aged Care experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationships
- Flexibility with start/finish time
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
