About the Role:

As a Uniting Home Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuous care and companionship for elderly clients in South West Sydney and the Wollondilly Shire. Your dedication will empower independence and enhance their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Help at home: Assist with housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Personal Care: Provide support with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration.
• Transport for well-being: Accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social support activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or a strong passion to start a career in aged care.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
