Do you excel at connecting with diverse audiences, delivering impactful presentations, and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges? Uniting is looking for a Village Services Specialist to lead the evolution of our Village Services, driving improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This newly created position focuses on developing and rolling out Uniting’s Village Services offering across Independent and Retirement Living villages in NSW and ACT. You'll champion innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions while playing a key role in supporting our Growth and Operations Support team.
As Village Services Specialist, you will present and connect with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for key initiatives. You'll develop, implement, and improve the Village Services offering, driving consistency and quality across all regions. Supporting operational teams, you’ll mentor Village Services Coordinators, resolve challenges, and assist with recruitment and operations.
Collaborating with sales and operations, you will identify opportunities to boost service adoption and refine strategies. Your role will include leveraging your advanced Excel skills to create financial and operational reports, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making.
To succeed, you’ll bring a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Aged Care, Healthcare, or a related field, alongside 5+ years of relevant experience.
Your communication and presentation skills will foster collaboration and trust, and your critical thinking and organisational abilities will keep customers at the centre.
Experience in managing projects and delivering results in complex matrix organisations will be key, as will your passion for data-driven insights using advanced Excel and other relevant tools
A current Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel across NSW and ACT are required.
Experience with Village Services, home and community care sales, designing operating models in regulated industries, drafting policies, or working in customer-facing roles.
