The Executive Administrator is a key role in supporting the Executive Team in delivering on the strategy vision of UnitingCare Australia.
You will provide secretarial support to the executive team of three with their calendar, travel and other administrative tasks. Creating strong working relationships is a key skill of yours which will be used to connect with the National Office to ensure systems and priorities are effective and aligned. You will also have strong capabilities in managing Boards and Committees including taking minutes, maintaining records, and assist in actioning items.
We are seeking a highly capable individual who has 5+ years’ experience in executive administration, demonstrated organisational and time management skills and advanced IT literacy skills, familiar with Microsoft Office 365. The successful candidate will have highly developed stakeholder management skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. They must also have the ability to self-manage, prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
