The Research Officer - Gender Equality in Working Life provides support to the Chief Investigator Professor Rae Cooper and associated academics to support the development of a program of research on gender equality in workplaces, the labour market and the economy across careers and life stages. This includes actively contributing to activities which will build the sustainability of the work including: documenting and communicating purpose, focus, and themes; identifying and liaising with research stakeholders, organising events to promote scholarly and industry research collaborations; preparing presentations and reports for academic and industry audiences; designing research protocols and drafting applications for funding; undertaking literature searches, data collation and reporting. The position assists the Chief Investigator to meet milestones, report progress and to keep the project to budget and on schedule.
