About the role

We currently have a full time, 12 month, Reception Administration Traineeship (Certificate III) available which would suit someone new to the workforce, looking to kick start their career.

The position is best suited for a motivated and articulate person who will be required to work with UMFC's business service team to support the organisation's Aged and Disability Support Services Team.

The position is based in Wodonga at the Agencies Nordsvan Drive office and provides the first point of contact for individuals and families accessing services with the Support Options and Interchange programs.

About you

The successful applicant will be registered with an accredited training organisation and provided on the job experience and support to complete Certificate III qualification requirements.

This role will involve working as an admin support and will include tasks such as, daily office operations, meeting organisation, data entry and general administrative tasks.

Applicants should have:

  • Completed or currently completing year 12 schooling.
  • Strong computer skills & knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
