We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, assisting with Board secretarial duties, overseeing executive purchasing, managing events, and supporting compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive support, excellent organisational and communication skills, and preferably experience in Board secretarial functions and compliance management.

This role requires a Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Senior Executive. Experience supporting Board administration, taking minutes, preparing and coordinating meetings, and managing follow-up actions is highly valued. You will have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Office 365 is essential, as are well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
