The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Relationship Services Team Leader to oversee the effective and efficient operation of our Children's Contact Service and Parenting Orders programs.

Your role will involve the high-quality compliance of client services while boosting staff morale and professional growth. Additionally, you will manage clinical, administrative, and supervisory functions while contributing to strategic planning and development as part of the FRS leadership team.

Your Experience

To be eligible for this role a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Community Welfare Practice or related field is required. Qualifications in management will be advantageous.

Your proficiency in service delivery, staff management and program development within the child and family sector is paramount, coupled with strong leadership skills in guiding and developing high-performing teams, high emotional intelligence and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be highly desirable.

Your hands-on experience working with clients facing family separation, conflict and complex issues such as family violence, mental health and substance misuse are valuable assets.
