We're looking for an Operations Coordinator based in our Family Relationship Service department to join our innovative team and drive our vision forward. As our Operations Coordinator, you will closely work with the FRS Service Manager and Team Leads to develop and maintain high quality, effective administrative/operational systems, processes, and procedures that underpin FRS service including but not limited to:

To be eligible for this role a tertiary qualification in Tertiary Qualifications in Administration or associated fields and /or extensive relevant experience will be advantageous.
Your proficiency in service delivery, staff management and program development in the community sector is paramount, coupled with strong leadership skills with a focus on professional development and team cohesion, high emotional intelligence and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be highly essential.
