Our strength lies with our people.
The Case Manager in Family Services supports Aboriginal families referred to VACCA’s program, working within a diverse, multidisciplinary team. This role collaborates closely with families, carers, partners, and stakeholders to provide integrated support tailored to the needs of Aboriginal children and families. Using coaching, mentoring, and cultural resources, the position empowers families to connect with their community and strengthen cultural ties. Through ongoing safety assessments, trauma-informed child engagement, and culturally safe spaces, the role fosters resilience and healing.
