The Family Services Training Lead is responsible for enhancing the skills and cultural competency of VACCA Family Services staff through targeted training initiatives. This role involves developing and delivering training programs that increase staff capability, understanding of trauma impacts, and overall job satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires building relationships with internal stakeholders to tailor learning solutions and embedding cultural practices into all training modules.
