The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. This position is responsible providing timely response for perpetrators by linking them in with services that assist with maintaining positive behavioural change that promotes the safety of women and children to reduce the risk associated with perpetrators use of family violence by providing individualised and response to address any barriers to engaging in the change process.
