The Process Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders across VACCA to drive the successful implementation of new client systems and reporting solutions while providing ongoing support to enhance and maintain existing systems and reporting infrastructure.
The role involves planning, implementing, and configuring electronic client management systems to meet specific program requirements. This includes collaborating with program staff to migrate data, test new features, and design reports. The role also requires building relationships with staff, developing training materials, and contributing to cultural practice and evaluation requirements. Additionally, the role involves managing data cleansing tasks, participating in team meetings, and supporting team members during periods of high demand or absence.
