The position will be responsible for the operational oversight of the suite of Family Service programs including staff, budget, liaison and partnerships with departments, compliance, administration as well as supporting and overseeing the regional operations of Southern Family Service programs such as but not limited to: Integrated Family Service, Intensive Family Service, Aboriginal Family Preservation and Reunification Response, Specialised Family Service, and Parenting Programs.
A key function is to ensure that these programs are coordinated and managed in a manner which provides the best possible platform for the delivery of effective, quality, and timely responses. The Senior Program Manager role includes achieving all funding targets, reporting and compliance requirements are fully met.
This role will provide leadership, direction, and support to VACCA staff employed within these programs. The role will extend to ensuring all Family Service staff are provided with appropriate supervision and training opportunities to enhance their capacity to provide quality Family Service services
