We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our organisation’s mission, supporting the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will assist in delivering a wide range of marketing activities, including content creation, digital campaigns, and event promotion.

A significant part of your role will be coordinating marketing efforts for our flagship events, such as the Variety Bash, Brats Bash, Rally Around Victoria, 4WD Adventure, Variety Grand Final Lunch, and our exciting Kids Events. You’ll ensure these events are supported with creative, timely, and consistent materials that engage our community and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
• Create engaging content that supports our events, fundraising initiatives, and brand
• Coordinate the promotion of flagship events, ensuring they are well-supported with marketing materials
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive, impactful marketing efforts
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
