About the role

The Fundraising Coordinator is a critical member of our fundraising team, responsible for individual giving initiatives such as appeals, raffles, community fundraising and volunteering.

Working alongside the Fundraising & Partnerships Manager and an Administration Assistant, the Fundraising Coordinator proactively drives a broad range of fundraising campaigns, from concept and planning to creative development, execution, administration, donor stewardship and engagement, analysis and budget reporting.

About you

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a dynamic individual with a high level of communication, interpersonal and administrative skills:

  • You are experienced at developing and implementing fundraising, marketing, communication or related campaigns.
  • You have the spark to succeed, with a proven track record of achieving outcomes – deadlines, targets and KPI’s.
  • You embrace working across a range of digital platforms to deliver effective campaigns, using data and other insights to continually monitor and improve success.
  • You perform with attention to detail and A+ efficiency.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and believe in honest and clear communication.
  • People like and respond well with you. Your emotional intelligence shines when interacting with the young, old, quiet, loud, the difficult and the awesome.
  • You understand there is a bigger picture and are driven by mission – you want to use your skills to add value to a greater collective effort.
  • You have a flexible approach to changing priorities and parameters.
  • You have the confidence to ask questions and the wisdom to ask for help. There are no dumb questions and we are a team.
  • You understand your values and live them.

Experience with Salesforce, O365, CRMs and Funraisin will be valued, as will relevant degree or qualifications and experience in fundraising (although these can be taught if you shine in the other areas that matter).
