Be a part of changing the way we work at Victoria Legal Aid. We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team and drive the delivery of our major and minor capital works plans, embedding new ways of working into the organisation, and optimising the hybrid use of our built environment.
Working as part of Built Environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the team meets its strategic objectives by driving the delivery of our major and minor capital works plans, embedding new ways of working into the organisation, and optimising the hybrid use of our built environment.
You will be responsible for formulating and designing change management plans, enabling change readiness, managing stakeholder engagement plans, identifying and resolving barriers to adoption, and developing and executing change communications.
You will coach managers on managing and implementing change, building staff and stakeholder resilience and driving staff adoption of new ways of working during design development through to site occupation.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
