About the role:

Reporting to the Regulatory and Compliance Lead, you will work collaboratively with business analysts, subject matter experts and the DLA project team to create development requirements and give feedback on development activities. You will also develop tools and templates to support effective and efficient delivery of compliance objectives.

You will complete privacy and compliance impact assessments, provide practical advice to the project team and document compliance activities to support project governance and reporting. Qualified candidates may give legal advice as part of these activities.

About you:

You will bring:

  • Strong technical knowledge of public sector and legal service delivery compliance obligations (including information privacy)
  • The ability to quickly assess and apply those requirements to a digital context
  • A proactive and responsive approach to your tasks
  • Skills in communicating complex technical requirements in conversation, and in easily understood documentation used by a range of audiences.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team, and to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
