  • Salary based on experience, range: $122,401 - $155,782 (pro rata) plus super
  • Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role:

We are seeking an engaging and dynamic people manager to lead our dedicated team of legal and support staff servicing the Wimmera region. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of legal assistance services and form part of Victoria Legal Aid’s (VLA) collective leadership team.

You will lead our Horsham based team to ensure there is a high quality and a responsive legal service to the community, working across a range of practice areas, including criminal, civil and family, youth and children’s law. You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, manage local stakeholder relationships, and contribute to driving systemic justice reform to VLA’s clients.

  • A current Australian practising certificate which entitles you to practise in Victoria as a government legal practitioner (mandatory)
