Victoria Legal Aid is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to join our Service Design and Innovation team in Melbourne. This is a 12-month position focused on improving client experience and access to legal assistance services across Victoria. As the Senior Service Designer, you will provide expert service design support, strategic guidance and capacity building support to Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) and its partners. Additionally, you will contribute to evidence-based planning efforts aimed at fostering collaboration to achieve overarching sector-wide outcomes.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
