About Victoria Park Youth Accommodation (VPYA)

VPYA is a not-for-profit organisation that provides holistic support and transitional accommodation for young people (aged 15-25 and their children) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Our mission is to provide a safe, secure, and supported environment that enables our clients to develop the skills needed to live independently in the community.

VPYA manages nineteen properties and delivers to clients across the Town of Victoria Park, City of Canning, and the City of Belmont. Through a case management approach, staff offer personalised support to help clients stablise their situations, take responsibility for their living arrangements, develop the skills to access long-term accommodation, and achieve their goals. It is not uncommon for our clients to have young children in their care. Participants in the case management approach is a condition of entry to the program.
