Rostering & Administration Coordinator

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Logistics Division for a Rostering & Administration Coordinator. The role is based in Keysborough.

Reporting to the Support & Training Manager, you will play an integral role in the team supporting them in all things administration, including rostering, timesheet & service request approvals. You will assist supported employees to achieve their goals.

You’ll need to have excellent administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and be ready to hit the ground running!

Days are Monday – Friday and hours are 8:00am – 4:06pm.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous rostering experience preferred
  • A passion for supporting people with disabilities to achieve the best they can – bring your special talents to their experience!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prevent and resolve issues and to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong administration, written communication skills and computer literacy
  • Detail focused approach - make sure the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted!
  • Resourceful and innovative approach
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to think laterally
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to exceptional service delivery and a demonstrated professional approach to work
  • Commitment to the principles of WHS, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation

Must haves

  • Right to work in Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full Victorian driver licence
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, including booster (or medical exemption)
