Warrah is a disability services provider, based in North West Sydney. Inspired by the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, Warrah has been offering quality supports and services for adults and children living with disability for over 50 years. Warrah is a vibrant community, enriching the lives of individuals through our broad range of services, which include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Support Services (CSS) and Warrah Specialist School. We also have a certified Biodynamic Farm and Farm Shop.
The position of Fundraising and Communications Coordinator is a permanent part-time position for 3 and a half days per week, working under the guidance of the Community Development Manager. You will be responsible for producing communications and growing fundraising capacity through engagement with the Warrah community, external community and other stakeholders. The role is required to cultivate and nurture relationships that ultimately create opportunities to establish fundraising streams. The success of this role relies on the timely delivery of campaigns, effective communications (digital media and written collateral) and supporting the broader portfolio of Community Engagement.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate professional who will continue this journey, developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies; as well as assist with other responsibilities in the Community Development Portfolio.
