We are a NDIS Provider that currently supports over 330 people living with disabilities across our 2 sites, Notting Hill, and Hallam. We have employment opportunities in packaging, assembly, warehouse, gardening, catering, and a large & devoted client base who share our vision and purpose.

About the role

As a instrumental member of our catering team reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our promise of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of catering orders to various locations across Melbourne.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance our clients' experience.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our catering vehicles.
  • Exhibiting professionalism during off-site deliveries to uphold our reputation.
  • Assisting with general kitchen duties, including basic food preparation and stock replenishment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not just looking for a job, but a purpose. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Experience in the Food Industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • The ability to work well in both team settings and independently.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in availability, ready to embrace the variety of our days.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
  • The capacity to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
