As we are experiencing growth and on the trajectory towards our strategic vision, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic Grounds Maintenance team in Hallam.
Waverley Social Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, to provide guidance and support to a small team of energetic employees living with disabilities.
This is a supportive and hands on role which requires the person to assist the needs of supported employees (NDIS participants) in the workplace to train and guide with developing work-related skills. Waverley is seeking someone who has had relevant experience in instructing, training in a supervisory context, and understanding of working with individuals with diverse abilities.
This role involves a dual responsibility of providing supervision and assistance to supported employees and ensuring the efficient and safe completion of work according to agreed customer requirements.
