About the role:

We are seeking 2 dedicated Maintenance and Quality Officers to join our team at each of our two sites. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the organisation adheres to regular maintenance of facilities with high quality standards and best practices for our customers on the final products produced.

This is a part time role spanning across 5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am- 12.30pm.

  • 1 x Maintenance & Quality Officer – Hallam
  • 1 x Maintenance & Quality Officer – Notting Hill

Key aspects of the role:

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular inspections of processes to ensure accordance with best practice, client expectations and organisational procedures.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff on quality checking protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality checking activities.
  • Ensure all quality checking requirements are undertaken, recorded, and reported.

Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance needs.

Our ideal Candidate:

  • Preferable experience in quality checks within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience in facility maintenance or demonstrated understanding of processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Ability to prioritise competing commitments and manage your time well.
  • Quality Standard experience will be highly regarded.
  • Internal Audit experience will be highly regarded however training can be supplied.
