As a Support Mentor at Waverley Social Enterprises, you will be responsible for providing quality and ongoing training and support services to our Supported Team Members engaged in supported employment with Waverley at our Notting Hill Catering Department.
You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand and address the Supported Team Member needs and challenges, and to help them achieve their employment goals. You will also coordinate and deliver training and support services that enhance their skills and performance and monitor and evaluate their outcomes and impact.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored training and workplace supports. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life and professional development of our diverse participant workforce.
This Support Mentor role will be allocated in our catering department and would be ideal for someone who has some Hospitality and Catering background.

We are a NDIS Provider that currently supports over 330 people living with disabilities across our 2 sites, Notting Hill, and Hallam. Remuneration is competitive within the disability sector; this includes salary packaging as an optional benefit.
