Our vision is to be the major provider of social housing services and leading edge client support programs in the Southern Melbourne Metropolitan region.
We deliver funded services and programs across the Southern Melbourne Area including the local government areas of Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Casey and Cardinia.

The Renter Services Team is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of wayss owned housing and properties managed on behalf of other owners including Director of Housing, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)
Reporting to the Housing and Assets Team Leader, the maintenance officer is responsible for the direct completion of maintenance tasks and coordinating and assisting in the delivery of a broad range of maintenance functions, necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality housing. A trades qualification such as plumber/electrician/builder, or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential.
This role requires a current Driver’s Licence and valid Working with Children Check clearance. The candidate will need to have successfully completed wayss’ pre-employment screening and a police check.
