Westgate Community Initiatives Group Ltd. (WCIG) is an established, not for profit organisation that is committed to creating practical responses to unemployment and disadvantage across Melbourne and Geelong. Our organisation works towards the same purpose-led goal of improving lives through dignity and choice. The result of this mindset speaks for itself: due to ongoing growth across the organisation, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Working hours are negotiable between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE for the right candidate.
Previous experience in a similar position is essential, as this is a highly autonomous role, where you will need to demonstrate initiative and excellent time management skills. This position is based at our head office in Footscray with flexible working arrangements available. You must be available to work in the evenings once a month to support Board meetings (blend of virtual and in person).
