Walter Eliza Hall Institute is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Research Data Governance and Management (RDGM) team.
This will include assisting with organising and documenting project meetings, project risks and issues, supporting project activities, organising workshops and events (both face-to-face and virtually) and other tasks, as required. The Project Coordinator will also provide diary support for the Research Data Project Manager and Research Data Management Solutions Manager.
The Project Coordinator will report to the Research Data Project Manager and will assist with day-to-day administration of projects and coordinate project activities. The Project Coordinator will need to operate with a high level of independence in carrying out tasks and will need to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
The role requires high-level problem-solving skills and judgement in dealing with administrative matters, resolving common operational issues without reference to line management, and effective management of daily workload to ensure deadlines are met. The Project Coordinator will be required to perform tasks of a broad and diverse nature across a range of functions.

This position is available for 2 years in a full-time capacity with the possibility for extension. Salary is PSE 6 ($85,395 - $92,435). Up to 17% superannuation and very attractive salary packaging options are available.
