Position Title: IT Project Coordinator – Business Integration and Transformation
Contract Type: This position is being offered in a full-time capacity. Part-time will be considered for the right applicant (minimum 4 days per week).
Location: Kingswood, NSW (hybrid work opportunities may be considered upon application in line with our Work from Home Policy).
Remuneration: From $97,013.89 – $100,407.87* (potential maximum grossed up salary equivalent ($105,389 - $108,783**)
*Dependent on skills and experience

With the completion of a new five-year strategic plan (2024-2029), the Information Technology (IT) team will focus on business integration, engagement, guidance, and transformation to support the organisation’s strategic objectives.
The IT team’s philosophy is to work with the business to explore and implement innovative technology solutions that add business value. We have a proactive and agile approach, and we are an internal strategic business partner for the business.
The IT Project Coordinator will play a key role in business transformation by working with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and create technical solutions. Key components of this role include gathering and analysing data, identifying gaps and risks, and providing integrated solutions for the business.
This role forms part of the key team that ensure quality, compliance and security across our systems and network. As part of this role, you will lead key IT projects whilst supporting the Manager IT Systems and Security to establish governance frameworks and ensure staff are trained appropriately.
To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, has an eye for detail, project management experience and a proven background in IT.
