Your new role – In this role, in The Way Back Support Service, you will provide holistic non-clinical follow-up care, practical support & assertive outreach to people directly after a suicide attempt or at high risk of suicide. This is a unique role that will require you to provide practical psychosocial support to participants through assertive outreach. Support Coordinators link clients to existing clinical and community-based services, to ensure they are safe and accessing the community-based support that is available.
