About the role

Are you passionate about people and culture? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner. In this role, you'll be the focal point for all people-related matters within your assigned portfolio areas, supporting our community across all People and Culture advisory and operational services.

Key Duties Include:

Developing and reviewing people-related policies and procedures in alignment with legislative requirements and best practices.

Addressing employee learning and development needs, including arranging training courses.

Managing grievance processes and conducting investigations, implementing performance management processes, and providing support to line management.

Facilitating effective communication across the community, external stakeholders, and Council personnel.

Contributing to identifying and delivering developments and innovations to support the Council’s Regional Plan.
