Seeking a Catering Services Coordinator for the: Residential Drug And Alcohol Service.

This position will be based at WHOS Broughton Hall, a 100 bed residential facility in Lilyfield NSW which provides therapeutic services for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with Alcohol and Other Drug dependence.

We are seeking a self-initiating, motivated and experienced person to fill this role of providing Catering Services and Catering skills training for clients which includes:

• Ensuring quality meals are available to clients within the timeframe allocated
• Ensure WHS standards are maintained
• Overseeing and coordination of catering skills development for clients
• To be responsible for purchasing and inventory of all supplies

Essential Requirements

• Qualification in commercial catering
• Experience of working in an industrial / commercial kitchen setting
• A sound knowledge of catering and food ordering procedures

Desirable

• Understanding of Drug and Alcohol related issues

Remuneration as per the Social Community Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award with a starting salary from $49.28 per hour plus Superannuation. Salary packing available.
