The Bayside Team provides outreach, counselling, care and recovery, family services, family violence and behaviour change programs, and oversees Windana's contribution to the Step Thru Care (STC) service led by Neami National. Reporting to Head of Adult Community Services, the Bayside Manager will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of our Bayside Programs including service delivery, managing the Bayside AOD annual budget and wait list, staff support and supervision, and managing key relationships
Windana has recently launched an exciting new senior structure which will see the appointment of a Manager Bayside reporting directly to the Head of Adult Community Services. The role will oversee our Adult Services function across the two locations in Bayside; St Kilda and Bentleigh.
With significant experience overseeing programs that support vulnerable people with complex needs, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Senior Clinicians and Counsellors, and with a strategic and client-centric focus, you will ensure evidence-based programs and services are delivered effectively and goals are met.
