Due to increased consumer demand, we are seeking a full-time Finance & Consumer Service Officer to join Windermere on a permanent basis. This fundamental and dynamic role will empower you to use your exceptional customer service and finance skills to work with consumers within our early intervention and disability programs, to ensure their financial and administrative needs are met. 

Working with our dedicated Plan Management Services team you will be presented with something new every day and will contribute to positive lasting outcomes in the lives of our consumers.

We also offer flexible Ways of Working including; a combination of working from home and  working onsite from our Head Office in Narre Warren

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant and related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Membership with ATMA, AAT, CBK, ABAL, CPA, ICB, IPA or CAANZ or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role is essential.
  • Knowledge of Plan Management under NDIS will be highly regarded
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Proven knowledge of financial processing systems (Brevity Plan management system an advantage)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgement and decision-making ability, ability to work autonomously and flexible in a changing environment.
  • Current Victorian Drivers’ License
  • Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks.
