Overseeing the full spectrum of the Family Day Care (FDC) function, the Manager of Early Childhood Education & Care (ECECS) is responsible for managing the operational and strategic needs of the programs to ensure high quality and outcomes focused services that are compliant with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. Furthermore, you will utilise your strong business acumen, creativity and innovation in evolving our Out of School Hours program as well as being a positive and encouraging advocate for change.
To be considered for this role, you will possess highly developed organisational skills and people management skills including conflict resolution, team building and the provision of coaching, support and direction to staff. You will demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate others in times of rapid change, responding to varying issues in a consistent manner and exercising maturity of judgement and sound problem solving capability.
