Our Marketing team is keen to find our next superstar Marketing & Consumer Business Partner in a full time capacity.
We are seeking a highly engaging and organised leader who will enjoy the exciting challenge of leading the implementation of our new Marketing Strategy. Your experience in managing accounts, projects and teams will be critical in this role. You will be responsible for embedding the Marketing team’s strategic partnership efforts with departments across Windermere. Launching new initiatives such as our Marketing & Consumer Champions, proactively identifying key pain points for service areas and our consumers and co-designing solutions.
To elevate Windermere’s reputation and impact, growing meaningful connections, driving a consistent and exceptional experience for all stakeholders (consumers, referrers & partners).
