About the role

We are seeking an experienced OT for a permanent opportunity. Recognised as a family friendly and flexible workplace environment, we are open to the successful applicant working full-time or part-time (22.8 or 30.4 hours per week). We also offer a hybrid model of working remotely from home and meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Warragul.

As a Windermere Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver a broad range of evidence informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments and parent training to increase communication and active participation in social and educational settings for children.
  • Undertake face to face consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools and kindergartens as well as our modern office facilities and therapy spaces.
  • Liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans.
  • Provide key worker support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency and social skills.

Technical Skills & Professional Experience:

You will have a tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy and hold a current registration with AHPRA.  Furthermore, you will have specialist knowledge and relevant demonstrated OT experience within a paediatric practice.
