Annual Salary - $93,001.64 without Salary Packaging, this is the equivalent comparative salary in the job market to $100,216.70 (including $15,900 Salary Packaging).
We are currently seeking Paediatric Speech Pathologists for Full Time and Part Time positions. We also offer a hybrid model of working which is a combination of working from home, meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and / or Pakenham.
As a Windermere Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will manage a caseload and:

You are self-motivated and can work independently to meet set targets, as well as forming part of a collaborative, family focused and holistic transdisciplinary team. You are adaptable and resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement of your practice ensures you make a real and lasting difference to the lives of your consumers.
You will have a tertiary qualification within Speech Pathology and hold a current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Furthermore, you will have specialist knowledge and relevant demonstrated experience within a paediatric practice.
