Wintringham is a specialist not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to people aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 950 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne ,regional Victoria and Tasmania
The Housing & Homelessness program supports the people who have experienced long-term homelessness and disadvantage and have complex needs. This program provides the affordable housing and support they need to promote their health and wellbeing and prevent a return to homelessness.
Wintringham is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Housing & Homelessness Support team on a full time basis . In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the Housing Support and Outreach Programs across the Hume region.
Reporting to Manager - Housing and Homelessness Support – Regional Victoria and Tasmania, you will provide support, supervision and mentoring to the Hume HHS team and work collaboratively with the other Coordinators and Portfolio Managers to ensure a collaborative team culture is maintained.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in the leadership of housing and homelessness support services, building positive team cultures and delivering best practice service delivery. Your skills will be supported by possessing the following:
A current Victorian drivers licence is a requirement of this role as you will need to travel to housing sites throughout the Hume region regularly.

Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including being vaccinated for influenza within the 2023 calendar year and showing evidence of having three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before commencing employment
