Wintringham is a specialist not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to people aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 1000 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and Hobart.
The Older Person’s Prison Program team work directly with clients, corrections staff and other support agencies to gain a greater understanding of the care needs of aged prisoners in preparation for release. This position will assess ageing needs, undertake case planning and extensive care coordination to enable a smooth transition into aged care services post release.
