Wesley Catering provides a wide range of catering solutions for internal and external customers. Our work is diverse, servicing large government contracts, corporate events, pre-packaged meals and restaurant services in retirement villages.
Our catering and hospitality clients are spread across NSW, however the majority of our work is in Greater Sydney.
This is a complex role requiring a proven leader who understands the importance of “culture in the kitchen”. The successful applicant will be a qualified Chef who has exceptional leadership skills, outstanding culinary skills and a passion to work with vulnerable people. They will feel equally comfortable presenting their food to leaders of industry and to vulnerable clients. They will inspire, encourage, empower and excite their teams.
The role is responsible for the development and delivery of all Wesley Catering services, staff recruitment & development, roster management, compliance, customer service and financial performance.
The role is also responsible to provide approved student placements for Wesley Training, matching students with suitable staff, assessing students’ workplace competency and develop a positive workplace culture which prepares students to work in hospitality.
