As an AOD Counsellor of the established Catalyst Program, you will have an opportunity to further develop your clinical skills with a diverse group of participants both as an individual counsellor and group facilitator.
The role will provide the opportunity to work with adults aged 18 plus, and also some additional scope to deliver youth specific programs.
The role will also provide support with the development and delivery of evidence-based individual and group therapeutic interventions intended to assist participants to establish healthier lifestyles free of problematic alcohol and drug use; and assist participants to avoid and better manage relapse.

In addition to a base salary commencing at $43.08 p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant health and or welfare Tertiary Qualification such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences.
