As the Asset and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of commercial properties managed by Uniting Vic Tas.
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that cyclical maintenance is proactively undertaken to confirm safety, environmental, and building compliance.
You will also act as a subject matter expert on building and facilities management, including partnering with site and service delivery managers to ensure that all properties are managed from a facilities perspective.
