Help young people leaving care create community connections that support their aspirations for a better future.
You will identify pathways, resources, and relationships within the local community that can support young people to realise their aspirations, develop their strengths, and achieve their goals.
Drawing on your knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed practice and Advantaged Thinking, you will be key in creating the links between young people leaving care and their communities.

Full-time or part-time 8 to 9 days per fortnight is also considered. Work weekdays, with flexible days and a start time between 8:30am and 9:30am.
In addition to the base salary hourly rate and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
