Ignite your impact and join the Navigator Program team. We utilise a trauma-informed, culturally safe, assertive case management model to respond to challenges experienced by young people aged 12–17 years, supporting them to engage in education.
Working collaboratively with partner agencies, you will directly support a caseload of disengaged learners. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, establish and lead a care team and work together with children and families to establish individualised education re-engagement plans.

The position is part-time (0.8 FTE), and we have some flexibility around days and start and finish times; talk to us about what you are looking for, and we’ll see if we can make it work.
In addition to a base salary of SCHADS Level 5 + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
With our meal entertainment benefit of $2,650 annually, you can save on dining out and drinks, making the most of your pre-tax dollars.
